Is Bonsai WMS available now?+
Yes. We're onboarding e-commerce fulfilment teams now and work hands-on with each team through setup, so you're live and shipping without the usual migration pain.
How is this different from Veeqo or an enterprise WMS?+
Veeqo is free shipping software built around Amazon's carrier rates — strong at multichannel orders, lighter on warehouse structure. Enterprise WMSs like Peoplevox are excellent and cost £1,500+ a month with months of implementation. Do I need Shopify to use it?+
No. Shopify is the strongest native integration today, but Bonsai also supports manual orders and order imports. The same guided picking, packing, inventory and shipping flows work either way.
Which sales channels does it connect to?+
Shopify is available today, syncing orders, products and inventory over webhooks. Manual orders and CSV/API imports are also supported. Amazon, eBay and Etsy are on the roadmap.
How does shipping work?+
Bonsai WMS ships through Sendcloud when you want labels generated in-flow. You can also enter carrier and tracking details manually when a label is booked outside Bonsai.
Can it handle more than one warehouse?+
Yes. Inventory is multi-warehouse and multi-zone, down to the individual location, with real-time on-hand, reserved and available figures.
What makes the flow engine different?+
Most warehouse software hard-codes a fixed sequence of steps. Bonsai models picking, packing and receiving as guided workflows with conditional branching and error-recovery paths, so the software bends to the work instead of forcing everything down one happy path.
Is my data isolated from other companies?+
Yes. Bonsai WMS is multi-tenant by design: your organisation's data is fully separated from every other company's. Your operation is yours alone.
How does billing work?+
You subscribe directly with us — simple monthly pricing with no per-seat fees, billed by Bonsai Studio rather than through an app store. Plans are monthly rolling and you can cancel any time.
